What we offer:
The main accommodation, with level access throughout, comprises:
- Entrance hall with male, female and disabled toilets
- A large hall measuring 9.75m x 17m with stage, lighting, sound amplification system, upholstered chairs and tables and bar
- A fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel work surfaces, commercial oven, refrigeration and water heating facilities
In addition there is:
- A small ground floor lounge/seminar room with tables and upholstered chairs to accommodate 12 to 15 people.
- An upstairs meeting room with tables and 40 plastic chairs.

Kitchen furnished with stainless steel Worktops and Trolley. Heated Plate-Store.
Professional and Domestic Cookers, 13 cu.ft. Fridge, 6 gallon capacity Water Heater.
2 electric Kettles.
All cleaning materials including detergent, anti-bacterial surface cleaner, tabletop cleaner, J cloths, scourer, mop, brooms, dustpan and brush and binliners.
We do NOT supply teatowels or sharp knives.

CROCKERY, CUTLERY AND GLASSES
150 place settings consisting of:
Side plates, small Dinner plates, Dinner plates, Soup/Pudding bowls, Cups, Saucers, Knives,
Forks, Dessert/Soup/Tea spoons.
Also 96 Fish/Dessert forks and 75 stainless Ice Cream bowls.
25 Cups and Saucers in the Kitchen for general use.
110 White wine glasses
180 Red wine glasses
70 small sherry glasses
If any of the above are used, they must be washed up, dried and replaced as found.

LOUNGE MEETING ROOM
